My gen rank is 54000 n obc rank is 14362 can i get ece or IT in iiit una ???

Hello Yashvi,
As per the closing rank of last year, IIIT UNA (IT DEPARTMENT) closed at around 35-36k GEN Rank.
On the other hand the closing rank for OBC category was exactly 14,589 after round 7 of counseling.
So you are on the boundary line but might end up getting it. Keep your fingers crossed.
