My general rank in jee main is 65000 and my OBC rank is 17500. Can i get computer science in any NIT/IIIT or some well known colleges?

Your rank is decent in accordance of the difficulty level of the paper . Now coming to your query then going through previous year's cut-offs then it is quite difficult to get you a seat in any IIT or NIT college through obc category seat. Actually the ranks are around 145 to maximum 2301 for obc candidate in IITs. Some deemed University or other colleges where you can get seat are:-
1. NIT kurukshetra
2. NIT Srinagar
Here some chances are made to get you admission probably.
