My general rank in upsee 2018 is 4054 and with rural weightage rank is 3300 can i get any branch in IET LKO?

hii shanif,

at this rank, there is any hardly any chance at  IET, lucknow. however you can get a good branches in colleges like bundelkhand university and rajkiya engineering colleges.
