My general rank is 22594 and obc rank is 5142, can I get patna NIT computer science branch as Bihar is my home state?

Congrats for such a decent rank and yes you will surely get seat in NIT Patna within general or obc category in CSE department as last year cutoff closing rank was 29k in general and 8299 in obc within state quota.You may check the link below for cutoffs of all previous year and of all branches.
