Admission of kalyani engineering college is based on your general rank not the caste rank. As per your general rank you are not eligible to apply for kalyani engineering college, but not to loose hope. You can go for some other good colleges mentioned. below:
- Bengal Institute of technology kolkata
- Heritage Institute of technology
- Narula Institute of technology.

As per last years cutoff, with All India quota you might get Kalyani engineering college. You can check last few years cutoff in the link mentioned below.
