Hi Abhijeet, yes you can prepare for the above mentioned exams and also try to score good marks in it. The graduation marks are not taken into consideration for preparing the exams and writing it. They come into picture only after you get shortlisted for the next subsequent rounds like gd-pi etc. It is enough if you have scores above minimum eligiblity criteria because most of the colleges dont give much preference to these scores and give weightage to the entrance exams, and gd-pi-wat rounds performance to give admission.
