You are definitely eligible for giving either of the exams. However you are not eligible for any IIM. Also you past academics can rule you out from several other colleges. However if you manage to do well in the entrance exams, there are many other good colleges you can get into. Give your best short in the exams first.

Based on the marks you scored in graduation and 12th ,you are eligible but your 10thclass marks are really low,I hope it doess not act as a barrier in writing the entrance.The entrance is based on preparation and no need to judge yourself based on the marks in your graduation ,get started with your preparations and I know you are going to score very well.
