my higher secondary result was 35% only pass,is this will be matter in government job
Not actually because the percentage cannot define anyone's success or hard work. If you work hard in future then you would be able to achieve you desired goal. Also in government exams there is no such criteria that your percentage should be above a fixed bar this such eligibility criteria is mostly seen in exams which are organised for science stream students.
So prepare well for the exams and work hard.
Typically, government jobs have a minimum criteria of 5060% during graduation/post-graduation whichever is applicable. This minimum percentage varies from job to job. Additionally, the percentage varies based on your reservation quota (if applicable) OBC, SC, ST etc.
Most government jobs have a written test, face to face interview as their selection criteria. Such jobs tend to have the above basic selection filters, so that quality candidates do not get missed out, based on just their past scores.
