I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like iits.
As iits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Even considering lower iits the cutoff for general category student goes maximum upto 12k for newer iits.
