my jee advance 2020 crl rank is 20519 and obc ncl catogary rank is 4676 . which iit Or branch can i get with this rank. PLEASE EXPLAIN

According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances of getting the enlisted colleges but with lower branches like Bio-engineering and architecture :-
