Congratulations for qualifying JEE!!
Since you are concerned about CSE branch, I am sorry to tell you that at this rank of yours, you would not be able to get any of the IITs for CSE branch. Thus, if you are flexible with other branches, then you have a slight possibility that you may get them, thaa also in the new IITs. Or else, if you want to go with CSE only, then either you should go for NITs on the basis of your mains rank, or at this advanced rank, you may get private colleges. So, it is all up to you.
