You can go for josaa counselling , you might get some new iit in the later round in some low branches .

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -

1)IISC Bangalore

2)IISER

3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram

4)RGIPT

5)IIPE

From these , you have good chances to get iist , iiser , rgipt and iipe , so you can try for them .

Since you haven't mentioned your category so it is difficult to say. But it is going to be difficult to get any IIT at 15k rank. You may get lower branches in few IITs.
