If cut off goes 35% as given in JEE Advanced site then you have very less chances that you get any good branch in IIT.Your BITSAT score is good you might get mechanical in Goa that's really good.And in Nits you have less chances of getting good branch at good nits .So I would suggest go for Bits and Best of luck for your future.
