You should try for state engineering college of your home state.Most probably you will get good government college of your state.
If you have appeared in any other engineering entrance like BITSAT,SRMJEE,VITEEE,Manipal,Amity,Amrita ,GITAM,etc then you can try to get college through their counselling .these colleges are also reputed and standard.

See with this rank u will only be able to grab lower seats in the good NITs and some better seats in the lower good colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. I m providing u a link for ur help.
