As per the notification released by NTA 245000 candidates are eligible to participate in JEE advanced 2019. Since your JEE main CRL rank is 206128 . Therefore, you are eligible to appear in JEE advanced 2019.

The number of people who are allowed to appear for JEE Advance this year(2019) are 2,24,000.Hence your rank is 2,06,128 which is less than the number of students who are allowed to appear for JEE Advance,You are eligible to write JEE Advance.All the best.Thank You.
