I regret to inform you that with such a low score in jee mains 2019 you acnnot get admission into any college through josaa councelling as josaa counselling has nits iiits and gftis and they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission so you should take part into any other councelling for private institutes which too take take admission through your jee score.

Hi Aspirant, with your respective rank you can get admission in your home state NIT's, government engineering colleges of your state. Although with that rank chances of getting a seat in NIT's and government colleges of other states are pretty slim. Hope this helps.
