Hi ranga
First of all let me tell you that you should show interest for the branch you want, it's you who would have to put interest, intense Hardwork on it so decide your branch carefully.
You have secured AIR14700 which is very good to get admission is good NITs.
  • C.S is the branch which generally everyone wants to get in that's the reason it has highest cutoff rank among all the branches(it's the branch that the rankers choose). Here students are introduced to a fresh subject apart from PCM, CSE package offered and placement ratio are also the. Best .
  • Mechanical engineering is also a good branch as it is one of the important branch of Engineering but demands good knowledge of Physics ansld maths.
At last I would recommend you to choose your branch carefully and according to your interest.

Hey there

Congratulations for your marks. As per question it seems that you are in confusion about your branch. First of all let me clear you that branch should not be chosen as per your rank but as per your interest. These things you must have listened earlier but trust me good students take wrong branches because of there marks and then quite engineering in the middle or complete it unwillingly. So choose the branch of interest you will get both cs and Mech. And one thing CSE and Mech are completely different branches so there shouldn't be any confusion if you know in what thing you are interested in.

Good luck

For other available colleges with your rank you can check on our college predictor link provided below
