my jee main Crl rank is 39556 and obc-ncl rank is 9900 can i get computer science in nit.

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have secured 39k rank and taking into consideration that you belong to obc category so let me tell you that in this rank it's not possible to get cse branch in good nits but you can try for lower nits like Agartala, sringar Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram.
