my jee main general rank is 77000+ and obc ncl rank is 21000+ which engineering college would be best for me for cse course?

It is not possible to get any central government colleges with this rank. Your rank is quite high to procure seat in any of the NITs or IIITs. But your marks are pretty enough to land up in good states government colleges. You can check the college you can get, from the link mentioned below-
