Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota and Gender-Neutral seats. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. I will advice you to use our College Predictor tool for JEE Mains to help you in finding college and branch of your choice based on your merits in the exam.

No you can't get any government colleges at this category rank or general rank......but don't worry you can get good private colleges based your rank in jee mains.....try for silicon,galgotias,cv raman,gl bajaj,etc ...these are good private colleges.you can also use our college predictor tool for your chances in good colleges .
