First of all, let me clarify that the Board exam result doesn't play a major role in the admission process unless you are the state topper. With your JEE MAINS Score, you most probably wouldn't get government colleges because their cutoff is too high. Instead you could try for several excellent private colleges in your state.
Now if you have given CET, you could apply through the CAP rounds or through JoSAA if you want to use your JEE MAINS score. A fair advice would be, that you should aim for good private colleges instead of government, because it would be difficult considering your score.
