At provided percentile,you have very good chance of getting CSE at some of the top IIITs like Lucknow, Kota, Vadodara,Guwahati,Raichur,Surat,Pune etc.

Based on your score you can get branches like Civil , Mechanical in NIT's like NIT Kurukshetra , NIT Jalandhar etc . You can also opt for some low branches in some low NIT's.
