Yes, you will get a call letter as it says that candidate must appear for JEE mains. The cutoff has not been released yet hence chill and relax. I think you can get a call with this rank as last to last year a person got a call with more than 9lakh rank.

Indian Navy has invited candidates to apply for 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) through JEE Main Score 2019. Candidates who want to apply for four-year degree course can visit the official site of Indian Navy at joinindiannavy .gov.in and apply.

Till now the cutoff are unknown so apply for the application form next year as this year the entry to
Indian navy form filling is over and then you will be shortlisted for the SSB round most probably you have chances to get selected for SSb interview . As well as condition applied you should have made atleast 70 percentage in class 12th .
