My jee main rank is 18k and jee advanced rank is 9143 what to do I am a general boy??

You can apply for IITs which are at low ranks among all IITs. you can apply for IIT Roorkee as the previous year cutoff was 9290 or ISM Dhanbad. You can look for other colleges too who accept JEE Advance marks.
