Try for some private college as your rank is not good enough or you may try for Chandigarh University may be there you get admission with this rank and it's govt

You can try in private colleges. You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Rajasthan. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
