yes. admissions in indraprastha university has nothing to do with JEE marks. IPU conducts its own entrance i.e. CET.
if you have appeared in CET exam and have got a decent rank then you may get admission in IPU.
remember, the only way of admission in IPU is through its entrance exam i.e CET and not JEE mains.
best colleges for btech in ipu are main campus i.e ggsipu, surajmal, agrasen, VIPS, and amity.
