Congrats on your JEE Main Rank. No, you won't be able to get CSE it ECE department in NIT Warangal. But for this rank you can get Metallurgical Engineering in NIT Warangal. Based on the previous yeat cut-off and other criteria provided by college Metallurgical Engineering can be availed for this rank.

Sorry to say but according to your rank in Jee Main you will not get NIT Warangal (CSE or ECE)  with home state quota.

I regret to inform you that with this rank you cannot get admission into nit warangal with computer science or electronic and communication branch.

As even in last round for homestate quota the closing cutoff for both the branches goes a maximum upto 1.5 k rank .
For computer science - 804 rank
For electronic and communication -  1452 rank
