Sorry to tell you that with your current rank you can't get an nit or iiit unless you get homestate quota. Homestate quota is a special quota for the locals and in some nits like Pudduchery, Agartala, Mizoram, etc it reaches in lakhs. If you are a resident of such state then only you can get nit. Otherwise only general candidates upto 60000 can get nit. Anyway, you can try private colleges by using careers360's college predictor.

Bihar also has nits with state quota but this doesn't help as there are plethora of creamy students in bihar and their seats get allotted by rank holders upto 20000

No you cannot get NIT or iiit
