my jee mains result only 21 marks but I secured 78% inPCM and overall 84% in my 12th CBSE can I get a seat in Private college B.Tech IT

Hello,
Based on your jee mains marks it is too difficult to get admission in top private colleges.Also, only few colleges accepts class 12th board exams marks so it is difficult to get admission through it.
However if you have appeared for any other engineering entrance exams then i will suggest you to go through those.
