Please also menion your category also with the rank beacuse then its get easier to predict proper chances. If this is the general category percentile then it will be difficult to get admission in any of the NIT. This is beacuse your rank is very very high based upon the given percentile.

As per your JEE Mains 2019 percentile score and considering you belong to general category, you have not qualified JEE Mains 2019. Thus you cannot apply for JOSAA counselling. But in case you belong to a category other than general, feel free to comment and I will provide you with scenario that you can currently move towards to as per your rank.
