Sorry friend but 140000 is too low to consider ot even as a rank. No college can provide you IT on this rank. My advice for you is to either drop or look for some private college.

Thanks Sir , but I wanted to know about some private institutes where I can join (I know I should have specified that in the question itself.Sorry for that.)
