I m sorry but with your general category rank of 150855 it's highly improbable for you to get into any NIT even the North Eastern ones.
Chances are slim with your OBC NCL rank too but you can try in newer NITs like Andhra pradesh or nit sikkim, Meghalaya, nagaland etc.
Although I suggest other wise, do not go for any NIT just for the sake of it. Take admission in any good private college if you have given other entrance tests otherwise take a drop and prepare again. Best of luck
Hello Vinay Yadav,it is very unfortunate that you are not going to get an admission into any of the NITs,even the ones in the north east as their cut off is even higher than the rank you secured.Unfortunately, your marks is too poor. So,if you want to go to NITs,go take a drop year and study hard for next year.

Hence looking at your rank and category, you can opt for admission into the north-eastern nits for ece or mechanical branch for sure. You can also opt for NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Pondicherry, etc for getting into your desired branch(in the special rounds of josaa counselling) .
