My JEE(mains) rank is 4892684. I am from general category. Can I get any college for B.Tech CS?

Sorry aspirant. With this rank, you cannot get any private colleges for any stream of engineering let alone CSE. Some Private colleges accept JEE Main Rank up to 2,00,000.
