My kcet ranking for veterinary is 199 and pu marks is 85% and I have not attended practical will I get seariin college??

Hope you are doing well. I don't think you will get a seat as the practical examination is also very important and you should attend that as well. Based on your written exams and practical exams, the rank will be provided to you. But nothing can be said for now. Hope for the best.
