You need to provide me your category as well because there are many categories in KEAM 2019.

Generally, the cutoff for the last round for some categories tends to increase by 1500 to 2500 ranks.

But, for some categories, it does not change at all.

Like, last year, the cutoff for the DV category was 23749 in Trial Allotment as well as the last round.
