Since you have already filled the form and submitted the application form of KVPY 2018, the preference of exam centre cannot be changed anymore. You will get to know the centre allotted to you in the admit card which will be issued to you in the second week of October, 2018. You might be allotted your second choice of exam centre only if there a huge demand for Ajmer exam centre.
