You have secured 200 Mark's on NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different medical college this score is not sufficient to get admission in Government medical colleges. However you may get admission in private MBBS BDS colleges. But you have not mentioned your  Homestate, Category details. Kindly share all the information so that we can help you for the same. Management quota - All colleges are following the rules of SC and based on NEET Score. However NRI quota - some colleges are filling based on 10+2 marks in Karnataka and they are not following SC verdict, and it is sad to hear.

Colleges in Andhra/Telengana are trying to bypass NEET and backfilling seats un officially, and not sure what happens in next few weeks after NEET exam. They are filing petitions in the court and working with local Govt with some understanding.

In TN, strictly following NEET even for NRI.
