The JEE mains examinations for the academic year 20-21 are still underway and have been postponed because of the covid-19 pandemic. So, is very early to predict anything about the rules and criteria for JEE mains 2022 examination and the national testing agency has also not clarified about the same.
So, continue with the preparations till for there are further notifications from the concerned authorities!

I would request you to please mention your percentage of 12th which you got after the examination. Kindly mention in the comment box.
Considering you will be passing out this year ,so yes definitely you can give jee mains next year that is 2022.
There are some criteria and conditions which needs to noted-
1- A maximum of two consecutive years is available for you after your 12th to give the jee mains.
2-You should be able to score atleast 75% or above to be eligible for jee mains.Although for the current year it has been relaxed.
3- Now there are a total of 4 attempts in a year for jee mains exam.
