as you have mentioned score is 388. and fall under A-category.
although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.
but looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, sorry to say but your score is low to get addmission in mbbs.
but you might get a seat under management quota.
