Considering the cutoff list in 2018 you have fair chances in Indian Institute of Medical Science & Research, Jalna, and Vedantaa Institute of Medical Sciences, Palghar. These private colleges had cutoff around 380 for general category students. But the cutoffs tend to change every year depending on various factors like top Neet score difficulty level of the exam and allot more.
