As per the norms under the Government of India, around 190 seats have been increased in the state of Bihar for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Quota. Considering that issue, your rank of 97 seems pretty good to get you into any of the Medical Colleges.
Except for Patna Medical College, every college has had an increment of 20 seats whereas PMC had it's toll of 30 seats.
If we follow the general preference order of Closing Rank in Bihar as of State Quota in 2018, we see that after Patna Medical College, the next 4 mostly chosen were :

1. Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, Patna
2. Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna
3. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur
4. Government Medical College, Bettiah

Since PMC has it's toll of 30, the next three having 20 each might take the total to Rank 90.
Hence, there might be a chance that you get a seat in the next college i.e., Government Medical College, Bettiah.

But this would totally depend on the preference order set by you as well as the other students.

according to the previous year cut off ranks, you have a fair chance to secure a government medical college since the cut off rank is 11253 for state quota general category. each year the cut off fluctuates due to various reason and this year it has been predicted the cut off may increase by 25 marks.
