My marks neet 2020 is expected to be 580 category general can i get any govt. college in any of the state

Congratulations for your performance in NEET 2020 ,your marks 580 are predicted to convert into ranking range of -12687 to 14837.
I can tell you about AIQ only as you haven't mentioned your domicile state .
As per last year cutoff for general in AIQ the last rank to get college was 12618 . So it is difficult to predict that whether you will get college through AIQ ornot but there are high chance for you to get college.
As this year AIIMS and JIPMER will be under the same counselling authority.
