My marks when counted coming around 576; Is this year cut off increase? What would be air?

Cut off varies every year depending on a number of factors such as the number of seats available, the total number of candidates qualified, the top NEET marks and the difficulty level of the exam. Last year the cut for government medical colleges under 15% All India Quota was between marks 581-590. As per the current trend, the cut off may increase this year.
