No,you not be getting a seat in cse/ECE in Manipal for your marks..if I am correct your rank would be approx 13K.  With this you can get CSE in Jaipur..
However you can try for other courses like EEE,IT,MECH, AUTOMOTIVE,CIVIL in Manipal

There's no official cutoff stated by Manipal University for admission process through MET. However by looking at previous year's cutoffs records I can tell that you need to score more than 150 to get into main campus and as cse is the top core branch it's cutoffs are high. But you can get cse at Manipal main campus with this score very easily.
