My most if the time goes in laying in bed and using phone, I've tried to do lists for 5times like I make a to do list at night but in the morning I don't even look at my to do list.How to get out of this unproductive rut? Help me!

Hey there!

Only you can change your life my friend.

Making a to- do list is actually a very good idea but as you have mentioned you don't follow it.So here is the solution.

1.Divide your 24 hours into 3 slots.

Study + Sleep + Other Activities ( Eating, Bathing, Using Phone,Self Care etc.)

Now, In that 24 hours according to your need give time to different activities.

For example-

8 hours to sleep.
10 hours to study.
6 hours to other activities.


2.Read different genres of books like self - help, motivational, autobiography, fiction etc.

3.Keep a journal and give rating to your day.

eg.- If you have completed all task. 5/5

If you haven't completed your daily task and wasted your time. 2/5
