My native is Ghaziabad UP I & My Son have domicile of U.P. I am Central Government Employees serving in Railway posted in GUJARAT. My Son Studying in 12th in Gujarat He will appear in NEET in 2020 My question is that My Son is eligible for claim the MBBS seat in State Quote in U.P.

Dear Arpit, if your son has domicile of UP, he can claim UP Domicile. And if your son has studied his 10th and 12th in Gujarat, owing to your Central Government Employee status, he can also claim Gujarat State Quota. And if he is a native of UP, he can claim UP domicile and there by be eligible for UP State Counselling. In other words, if your son has studied his 10th along with 12th in Gujarat, he can claim both the States domicile and thereby attend both UP and Gujarat State Counsellings.
