I will advise you to go for the state quota and all India quota counselling and do the choice filling of colleges carefully. 

And you can get mbbs in private college with management quota having a expense of 7,00,000-21, 00,000 per annum. 

But no need to go for private colleges if you can get government college, private colleges are expensive.
