No.chances are nil as closing rank is around 23k. I Would suggest you to go for state councelling.Or else you have the potential.work hard for one more year and you will get some good govt. College. Also mbbs frm private college can not earn you the respect you deserve

The cut-off rank for KMC Mangalore in All India Quota Counselling for 2017 was AIQR 491574 after Round 2(not after Mop Up Round). In order to secure an admission, you must get atleast 510-520.
