It will not create any problem if your admit card photo doesn't have white background or name or date. But try to affix the same photo you uploaded during the online application to the specified area of the admit card.

Take the photo same as uploaded during the registration.as the admit card is released it means the form has been accepted.

While it might not be a problem, it is always advisable to follow the instructions that are present on your admit card.

• According to the CBSE NEET Information Bulletin Chapter 4, Clause 7 it is mandatory for the candidate to bring an additional passport size photograph indicating clearly the name of candidate alongwith the date of taking the photograph for affixing it on the specific space in the attendance sheet on the day of examination.
  

• In my opinion, they won't be any problem with regards to the photo. However, just to be absolutely safe. Carry the same photo that you uploaded on the form as well as ask the Photographer to change the background color and affix your name and date.

• These are just precautions and you need not worry about anything. Just focus on your preparations now and give it your best shot! All the very best for your preparations!
