As you have mentioned that your neet AIR is 13300 which indeed is not that bad.. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, let me tell you that we cannot predict accurately whether you can get a seat or not, because it totally depends upon your category.. See, if you fall under Unreserved category, then it would become very difficult for you to fetch a seat.. Though the mop up round is to fill the vacant seats, but woth Unreserved category your chances are very less to get a seat.. But if you fall under reserved category and hold the seat domicile, then you would easily get a government seat under 85% home state quota seats and with an advantage of falling under reserved category..

So, your category is very important, which would decide whether you would get a seat or not...
